Payments

Payments of conference fee and payments for the hotel reservations is open. You can carry them out by bank wire transfer or by credit card, using your personal account in the Eucarpia 2016 on-line registration system.

For conference payments by bank transfer use the following bank accounts. Please note that the payments are due in PLN and all banking costs including exchange rates should be paid by the participant.

Payments by money transfer or by on-line payment system (details in the registration system) can be made by 15th of July 2016 which is when registration will end. Onsite Conference fee payments with a flat rate of 3000 PLN per person can be made by cash or credit/debit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A written request for a refund must be received by the meeting secretariat:
agnieszka.iwan@globalcongress.pl. Refunds are subjected to a processing fee of 1.2%.

Cancellation policy:

• until 15th of May 2016 - 100 % reimbursement
• 16th of May 2016 and later - no reimbursement

Please note that this policy applies only to the cancellation of conference registration. Hotels apply their own terms and conditions.
