Hotel Reservations

Special rates are available for Cucurbitaceae 2016 participants at the Sofitel Warsaw Victoria Hotel, which offers rooms at the same high standard of 5*.

Hotel reservation is possible through the conference registration system.

The special rates will be available until June 1, 2016.

Please note that after the deadline of June 1, 2016, reservations will be possible on request only and we cannot guarantee rooms availability.

Due to World Youth Day sharing the dates with Eucarpia 2016, thus far we were only able to save special rates for the Conference participants in two hotels (Sofitel Victoria; Gromada Centrum). Other accommodation is possible by personal booking, e.g. with www.booking.com
