Lectures and Posters

The Scientific Committee of the Eucarpia Cucurbitaceae 2016 invites your contribution to the conference. Papers from the oral presentations and poster abstracts submitted for the conference will be published in the proceedings book, to be distributed at the conference.

Call for Papers

Oral presentations will be selected from the submitted abstracts.
Authors wishing to be considered for oral presentations should indicate their interest during the electronic submission process.
Accepted papers not presented orally will be presented as posters.

When submitting an abstract, please also indicate first and second topic choices.

The scientific committee reserves the right to reject submissions requiring more than minor editing. Any Author in need of more substantial copy-editing is urged to professional English editorial office prior to submission.
Acceptance of a manuscript for publication in the Proceedings of EUCARPIA Cucurbitaceae 2016 is contingent upon payment of the registration fee by at least one of its authors no later than May 15, 2016.

Additionally, there will be a possibility to publish a number of selected papers (20-30) in the international journal EUPHYTICA (IF=1.692) as a special issue. From the submissions to the conference, Guest Editors of the special issue will make a selection and invite authors to contribute to this special issue. Articles will be uploaded to the Editorial Manager system of Springer and will be peer reviewed following the routine procedures for EUPHYTICA. The aim is to have the special issue published as hard copy at the latest one year after the conference, in this case - July 2017.
