Participant Registration

Registration for Eucarpia Cucurbitaceae 2016 is open. From that time on, participants are able to register and pay online.

Registration Fee (in PLN)

The current exchange rate amounts to approximately 4.2 PLN/EUR

* Eucarpia Members wishing to take advantage of their discounted pricing are requested to provide their Eucarpia Membership Number during on-line registration
** Students wishing to participate under the discounted pricing are to provide their student status confirmation, to be sent by email to Wojciech Szczechura at wojciech.szczechura@inhort.pl. Please have your University officials/professors confirm your status.
*** Accompanying Person cannot participate in the conference, but may participate in all events after being registered.

Onsite registration and payments for conference participation by credit card or cash will be possible at a flat rate of 3000 PLN.

The Eucarpia Cucurbitaceae 2016 Registration fee includes (subject to change):

• • entrance to the conference venue and scientific sessions
  • one copy of the proceedings
  • morning and afternoon coffee breaks, lunches
  • the Sunday welcome reception
  • the Tuesday tour and lunch
  • Gala dinner on Wednesday
  • badge
  • conference package

All activities are accessible to persons with disabilities. Persons with disabilities or with special requests are asked to contact Agnieszka Iwan at agnieszka.iwan@globalcongress.pl.

Any participants requiring an invitation letter in order to obtain their visa should contact by email Agnieszka Iwan at agnieszka.iwan@globalcongress.pl. Participants must be registered and must have paid the registration fee for the conference prior to requesting the invitation letter.
